How To Disassemble The Track Shoe
Move the track shoe until the king pin moves to the top of the guide wheel, and put the wooden block to the corresponding position.

1. Move the track shoe until the king pin moves to the top of the guide wheel, and put the wooden block to the corresponding position.
2. Loosen the track shoe. When the grease valve is released and the track shoe is still not loosened, move the excavator back and forth.
3. Remove the king pin with a suitable tool.
4. Slowly move the excavator in the opposite direction to make the track shoe assembly flat on the ground. Lift up the excavator and use wooden blocks to support the lower part. When the track shoe is flat on the ground, the operator should not approach the sprocket to avoid injury.
